“Today I Will” Poem

“Today I Will”- SBR

Today I will dance
I’ll skip and twirl
And prance and swirl
Like a feather in the wind

Today I will sing
I’ll belt the tune
And holler and swoon
Until my throat is raw

Today I will dream
I’ll build a fort
And the house will contort
Into my own palace

Today I’ll run
I’ll sprint down the lane
And run through the rain
Until I’m wet and weary

Because today is the day
I have time to laugh, and play
And make the most of today
